I’ve been using this red light therapy mask for a few months now, and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, it’s lightweight and flexible compared to some of the hard plastic models out there, and it does feel relaxing to use. The different color options are a nice touch, and the timer settings make it easy to incorporate into a daily routine. However, I can’t say with confidence that any improvements in my skin are directly due to the red light itself. I’ve been using it alongside other parts of my internal and external skin care strategy—good nutrition, hydration, and quality topical products—so while my skin looks decent, I’m not sure this device is doing much on its own. The biggest disappointment is the head strap. It’s awkwardly designed, barely fits around the head, and the Velcro was a poor choice since it constantly snags hair. It makes what should be a relaxing treatment a bit frustrating. I also question whether the LED strength is sufficient for its intended purpose, as it doesn’t seem as powerful as professional models or even some other at-home devices I’ve tried. Overall, this mask isn’t terrible—it works, lights up as described, and may contribute to skin health as part of a broader routine—but it doesn’t quite live up to the claims. With a better strap design and stronger LEDs, it could be a much more worthwhile product. For now, I’d rate it three stars for being functional but not impressive. Read more

This is a really nice lighted face mask. It has a good build quality, and feels strong yet flexible. It’s pretty easy to assemble - attach the straps, plug in to the battery/controller, and go. The straps are adjustable, and even allowed both the neck and face masks to stay on my big head. It puts out several wavelengths of light. They are red, blue, green, purple, yellow, cyan (green and blue), and white - each with their own unique properties. It’s pretty light weight and easy to wear. It’s also well fitting, so the eye cups keep the stray light out of your eyes. The nose section flexes well so it’s easy to breathe when you’re wearing it. It’s essentially cordless - there is a cord, but it only goes to the battery/controller so you don’t have to sit plugged in to the wall to use it. After using for several weeks I didn't see any difference or changes in my skin from using this light therapy mask, however it was very comfortable to wear. The mask isn't only comfortable, but with the lights on, it's relaxing. I actually dozed off while wearing it. The directions are easy to follow, making the mask simple to use. The mask seems to be well-made of quality materials. The mask may be effective for some people, I just don't feel like it worked for me. Read more

I got this light therapy mask for my wife as she had been asking to get one. The mask is great because it is to be used for the face and neck so both can have light benefits. The mask has the ability to turn different colors and the colors have different benefits. The package comes with a very detailed instruction manual so you are able to read through the different options and settings that will most benefit you and your skin. Additionally, the light will automatically turn off based on the timer you set so you do not have to keep track of time. The best part is the mask is silicone material so it is not uncomfortable to use at all. The mask also does not have to be plugged into the wall for use, it can be worn throughout the house so my wife always wears it at night on the couch while watching her shows. My wife has not yet noticed significant changes due to the use of the mask since she has only been consistently wearing it for a month but she is hopeful it will help. Read more

I have tried several red light devices, but Mhpoycd's mask is the first mask that I have tried. After literally discarding every other device to date, I remain skeptical of any so-called benefits. However, this one may be the first that seems to have actually produced some results. The silicone mask feels soft against my face and neck, which is a welcome improvement over other devices that seem to have a penchant for being made from an uncomfortable plastic that leaves me feeling sweaty. Unfortunately, the mask is entirely too large. My lips are closer to where the nose opening is intended to be, which leads to it rubbing against and irritating my lips during the session. The controller makes it easy to switch across the various light options and settings. Perhaps user error, but I find that it repeatedly powers off after a few minutes; however, it does power back on without issue. Different light colors claim to provide different skin benefits, and I remain unconvinced regarding them. If there are any benefits, they are so subtle to not be remotely noticeable. Now having said that, I will acknowledge that my sleep seems improved after I started using this mask. I have fairly bad insomnia since childhood. I experience difficulty initiating and maintaining sleep regardless of my sleep hygiene or various attempted remedies. Since incorporating this mask into part of my nighttime routine, I find myself falling asleep more quickly. Although I continue to wake up throughout the night, these episodes also seem to have at least decreased. These effects could be purely coincidental, but I plan to continue using the mask for the time being as I enjoy the increased relaxation. Read more

This is like having your on salon spa day but at home. I love all the different light choices that accommodate a lot of my flaws. I also like that this one comes with one for your neck to help with those wrinkles. I wear mine while watching TV, probably creeps out my family (lol) but I don't even realize im wearing it.
