Been using mask few weeks now and could see results and feel the effects after couple of days. I used it on lowest power level every day and could actually feel my lymph nodes draining. The red light therapy is truly bringing alot of blood flow to the surface and my skin looks great. Does make my skin dry so use a good moisturizer. only concern is the mask is heavy and slides down, but i use a big hair clip to help hold in place. Wish i had found light therapy sooner Read more

I started using this red light mask every night, and I can see a difference. The infrared mode seems to calm my skin, and the brightness levels are easy to control. It doesn’t feel cheap at all, and the results came faster than I expected. Read more

I’m very happy with this red light therapy mask. It feels comfortable on the face thanks to the soft silicone material, and it’s easy to use. The mask has multiple light modes and intensity levels, which allows you to customize your skincare routine based on your needs. I like that it has a timer, so I don’t have to worry about turning it off manually. After using it consistently, my skin feels smoother and more refreshed. It’s a great option for at-home skincare and feels like a professional treatment. Overall, this is a high-quality product and a great investment for anyone interested in light therapy and skin care. The media could not be loaded. I have a variety of red light devices. I like using them because I trust that they are helpful for the skin. Unlike a lot of fads, there is solid research backing up the use of light for therapy. Unfortunately, it's hard to get good, trustworthy devices for consumer purchase. The gold standard would be if a manufacturer had certificate from a testing laboratory as to what wavelengths of light their device emitted. I have looked at probably over a dozen red light devices and have yet to see one that bothered with anything like that. At least this one lists the wavelengths used and their purposes. Not all devices even do that. I am very happy with the amount of light thus puts out. This one can be fairly dim on low level, but it's still bright enough that my eyes hurt to look at it. I think you will still get benefits from using it at the lowest level. While I want the maximum benefit, I am settling for lower power and increasing the time on the timer. I have tested red lights that I couldn't stand using because even with the protections included with the lights, they're too painful for my eyes. I tried a different mask that supposedly protects your eyes, but even with protection and with my eyes closed, I was still seeing light through my eyelids at about daylight levels and it hurt. I couldn't stand to use that device a second time. With this one on low, I can actually have my eyes open and the goggle-like inserts are enough to keep the light from hurting my eyes. This does also get much brighter, but for me a setting that I am willing to use is far better than a brighter one that I won't touch. There are multiple light color settings including one that rotates through all the others, adjustable brightness, and 10 or 30 minute automatic shutoff. The controller is very nice and everything seems like good quality. Overall, quite happy with it and I am trying to make using it on a regular basis a habit. My biggest issue was that at first it did have a rubbery smell. I would recommend it for someone interested in red light therapy for their face. Read more

Very easy to set up and put together. It's soft, and comfortable, materials are silicone which doesn't restrict your face. it's a stick free velcro strap in the back of your head and so you can be hands free. You do have to be stationary since it plugs into the outlet to operate. Great addition to your selfcare routine. The controller is simple to use and you can set the color or have it cycle through all of them. Option to set a timer, and adjust intensity too. Giftable item as well. Highly recommend. Read more
