I am impressed with the quality and functionality of the heat & massage wrap. The past two months I have been suffering with carpal tunnel in my right hand which was really causing me a lot of nerve pain day and night. The pain was going all the way up my arm at night, so I bought just a wrist brace for nightime wear which helped me sleep better. I’ve been using this device for two weeks and my wrist has definitely gotten better. With age comes weird aches and pains, so it’s hard to tell if it improved on its own or with the use of this light, but I feel it can’t hurt. I had a slight sprain and couldn’t put pressure on my left wrist at yoga so I invested in this device. This red light therapy wrap turned out to be a pretty useful little device, especially for the price. I originally picked it up to use on my wrist, but one of the nice things about the design is that it can easily be used on other joints and areas as well. I have used it on my forearms and ankles too, and the flexible wrap makes it easy to position wherever you need it. The strap system works well and holds the device in place without a lot of hassle. Once it is wrapped around the area you want to treat, it stays put so you can relax while the session runs. That is something I always look for with wearable therapy devices because constantly adjusting them defeats the purpose. The light coverage is decent and it does deliver both red and near infrared light as advertised. It is convenient being able to get targeted light therapy on smaller joints without needing a large panel setup. For localized areas like wrists, elbows, or ankles, the form factor actually works pretty well. The one reason I am giving this four stars instead of five is the brightness of the LEDs. They work, but they could definitely be stronger. Compared with larger red light therapy panels or higher powered devices, the output here feels a bit mild. If the lights were a little brighter or more intense, the overall effectiveness would likely improve. Still, for the price and the portability, it is a decent little device. The flexibility to use it on wrists, forearms, ankles, and other small joints makes it more versatile than it might appear at first glance. Overall I would say it is a solid option if you want an affordable, wearable red light therapy wrap for targeted areas. The item worked well except the charging cord which melted in the outlet. The end that went into device was so hot it burned my fingers. This could have been a fire hazard, or burn for pets or my grandchildren. Read more
Portable: I was using a red light pen for the pain in my wrist but it was too tedious to dedicate time to holding the penlight on the spot so when I saw this I thought it would be great I can just put it on and go about doing all the things I needed to do. It works great I like that it vibrates as well like a little mini massage. I am seeing improvements it is relieving the pain in my wrist. Size fits well Read more
