I'm enjoying the freshness and slight taste of anise that lingers after I brush. My teeth do feel cleaner and I've noticed a slight lifting of stains after only a week of using this toothpaste. The baking soda is just right and not irritating so that's a plus for sensitive teeth and gums. It's definitely an expensive brand for the size so that's a consideration.
