The media could not be loaded. I've used this about 10 times already. So far I can find anything wrong with it. The handle doesn't have a gap so the grime doesn't get into crevices. The bottom of it is super easy to clean and hasn't discolored in any way yet. And this is my first pan that is this color and I think it comes with an unexpected benefit. You can see if the oil is starting to change colors better than in a dark pan. The lid has a flat shape, and I'm not sure what the design purpose of that was but I use it as a spoon rest. The instructions mentioned to not heat this more than medium-high (make sure you're looking at the instructions to validate what I just said) but that's because things get hotter at a lower temp. You don't need to turn this thing all the way up to high heat for it to perform well. I'm even frying foods in it had a much lower heat than I normally would. I plan to get more pans like this and replace all my Teflon. Read more
So impressed with this pan that we purchased a smaller size as well. It is amazing to cook with, eggs just slide out of the pan! We have used this for so many meals and for prepping larger quantities! It can hold a lot! Cleaning it has been so easy and it still looks brand-new weeks later. It is an excellent purchase! This is the greatest frying pan. We had used the same pans for years and the "non-stick" of the pans had worn off. In reading reviews for this product myself, I decided to purchase this one and was not disappointed. Easy for cooking, easy for cleaning and an excellent choice. I will look for some additional sizes in this product name as I am extremely happy and excellent product for the price. I love to find wonderful quality products for less than what I expected to pay.
