I like these but they do have a strong taste and kinda salty too, which I know is common for electrolyte drinks, but this is more than I’m used to. However, if I split it between two bottles of water instead of, it’s much better in my opinion. Not a bad price either for what you are getting and I’m glad you get to try a variety before you buy a whole pack of them. As far as mixing it, the salt is a little more difficult because the salt crystals are larger. Still mixes ok after a few minutes. Can’t speak truly to the effectiveness as I’ve only tried one so far, but still good in my book.
