Slipping into these medium-sized shorts, the first thing that struck me was the sheer quality of the fabric. Reebok has absolutely nailed the balance here; the material feels incredibly lightweight yet substantial enough to withstand serious movement. The Majolica Blue shade isn't just a standard navy—it has a deep, rich vibrancy that actually makes me excited to lace up my sneakers and head out the door. The elastic waistband sits perfectly against my hips without digging in, providing that secure "locked-in" feeling that is absolutely essential when I'm prepping for a long-distance run or a high-intensity interval session. It’s rare to find gear that disappears on your body the moment you put it on, but these Glider shorts achieved that level of invisible comfort instantly. Once I hit the pavement, the engineering really shined. The 7-inch inseam is arguably the sweet spot for running; it provides just enough coverage to feel modest while allowing for a complete, uninhibited range of motion. I never once had to adjust the legs or deal with that annoying riding up that plagues lesser athletic wear. As my heart rate spiked and the sweat started to pour, the moisture-wicking properties kicked into high gear. I stayed surprisingly dry and cool, even during the most humid parts of the morning. The breathability is top-tier, effectively channeling heat away from the body so I could focus entirely on my cadence rather than being distracted by clinging, damp fabric. Utility is often an afterthought in performance gear, but not here. The pockets are deep enough to actually be functional, securing my keys and small essentials without them bouncing around like popcorn with every stride I took. I appreciate the thoughtful design of the Glider cut; it accommodates the muscular build of a runner’s thighs without feeling baggy or looking like aerodynamic-killing excess fabric. It’s a tailored athletic fit that flatters the physique while serving a distinct purpose. The stitching is reinforced in high-stress areas, which tells me these are built to survive hundreds of wash cycles and thousands of miles, maintaining their shape and color long-term. While I acquired these primarily for pounding the asphalt, I’ve found myself reaching for them for gym sessions and even casual weekend errands. They transition seamlessly from a heavy squat rack session to a grocery run without looking overly technical or out of place. The durability of the fabric suggests they won’t pill or fade anytime soon, making them a fantastic investment for anyone serious about their active rotation. It is genuinely refreshing to wear a piece of kit that performs exactly as advertised—and then some. These have quickly usurped my previous favorites to become the first pair I grab from the drawer on laundry day. Read more
The shorts are made of a very lightweight fabric - the sort you might be more likely to associate with a bathing suit. So It breathes really well and does not get damp as quickly as other fabrics when you are running. There are no back pockets, but rather two front pockets with mesh insides, and a small triangular zippered pocket on the side of the pants that might hold keys or a credit card, but not a large wallet or phone. This no-back-pocket layout might make these pants god for spinning or mountain biking, but I did not try them out that way. The fit is ample, with plenty of space and drawstring plus elastic to work with. I found them to be very comfortable both running and sitting. The quality was good, with good construction. I was impressed with the almost hidden zipper and nearly missed that it had that zippered side pocket. If I have any concerns, it is that the very light weight fabric might not wear as well as others. I think I would avoid sitting on concrete or other surfaces that might abrade the fabric. The overall assessment is that these are 5-stars excellent and I'm happy to have them. Read more
Very comfortable pair of running shorts. I like that they are 90 percent polyester so water or sweat doesn’t soak in. They breathe well and are a little baggy. So they don’t become uncomfortable when wearing them. They do have pockets too, and they are a good size pocket so I can put my phone in there. The quality is great as well, but i mostly enjoy the fit. Definitely worth the value. And i sometimes wear them around the house when it’s hot because they are so comfortable. Read more
These Reebok Glider 7” running shorts are excellent for workouts and everyday athletic wear. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, which keeps you cool during runs or intense training sessions. The mesh design allows for great airflow and freedom of movement. The 7-inch inseam is a great length — not too short and not too long — giving you plenty of mobility while still providing good coverage. The elastic waistband with drawstring keeps the fit secure and comfortable throughout a workout. They’re also versatile enough for more than just running. I’ve used them for gym workouts, walking, and even just relaxing at home. The quality feels durable, and they hold up well after washing. Overall, these are comfortable, breathable, and reliable athletic shorts that are perfect for running, training, or casual wear. Definitely a great addition to any workout wardrobe. Read more
These Reebok shorts are a fantastic find for my husband—he gets stains on his clothes easily, so he needs frequent replacements, especially for gym days. These shorts are thin and lightweight, dry super quickly after a sweaty workout or wash, and best of all, they won't show stains like lighter or thicker fabrics do. The dark color hides sweat marks and spills perfectly, making them ideal for active use. The fit is great: comfortable, not too tight or baggy, with good stretch and breathability that keeps him cool during lifts or cardio. The length is just right—not too short or long—and I've included a photo so you can see how they look on him (hits mid-thigh, flattering without riding up). The waistband is secure with a drawstring, pockets are deep enough for phone/keys, and the material feels durable despite being thin—no pilling or wear after several wears/washes. Compared to his older gym shorts that cling when wet or show every mark, these are a huge upgrade. He loves them and says they're the best pair he's had for the gym. A smart, practical choice for anyone who needs quick-dry, low-maintenance workout gear that looks good and hides the inevitable stains! Read more
