90% polyester, 10% spandex so they stretch without feeling like compression gear. The 7-inch inseam hits at a good length, not too short, not hanging past your knees. Lightweight enough for the gym but they look clean enough to wear running errands after. Side pocket and a zip pocket in the back keep your phone and keys secure. Drawstring waist stays put. I got the black ones and they've held up well through a bunch of wash cycles, no fading or pilling. At $35 they're a little more than the no-name brands but it's Reebok and the quality shows. These are great shorts for all physical activities. They are soft and comfortable, and the material just feels like quality. The fit was perfect for a size Large for me at 6'3" 195# and I like the length of the hem above my knees. The 7" is the sweet spot in my opinion for both looks and freedom of movement and still being able to have a sense of decency when working out in public. I am not sure why the trend seems to be going shorter and shorter or super long that would restrict your movement, but I am happy at this length for shorts. I ordered these for when the weather gets warmer and I can use them for walking/jogging/bike riding or whatever. I love the color. It is like a blue gray and will look good with many different t-shirts. The material is very soft and comfortable and the stitching is perfect. There were no loose threads or seams. It has nice pockets for your stuff if you are at the gym or my keys if I throw the mountain bike in the truck and go for a ride. Bottom line.. These are great shorts and the price is reasonable. These shorts are great for just about any kind of sports activity. Made from 100% polyester, the fabric is thin, light, and best of all stretchy for sports. I got the L size which fits my 36" waist just fine, and the elastic waist with draw string will accommodate my changing size if I lose weight in the gym (or gain weight out of the gym). These shorts also have a zipper back pocket to secure my wallet if needed. These are well made and well designed shorts for sports. Maybe these won't work well as swim trunks since there's no under support, so underwear is still needed. Otherwise, great active wear shorts. Read more
