Update 9/25 I've been using this for a few weeks now and I'm still really pleased with how well it works for me. I think it's worth trying. Other alginate products don't agree with my stomach, but this one works with no side effects, which for me is unusual as typically everything upsets my stomach. I'm really please with this product. Original Review: It works but one tube only lasts a bit over 10 days, so if you are dealing with LPR you are going to need a few tubes. It really does work, it tastes great (if you think it's nasty, you've never had to take a really nasty medicine, LOL) and it's easy to take. Unlike similar products with alginate in them (Gaviscon and products like it that come in tablet form) this one does NOT cause me stomach/intestinal pain. I ordered the travel pack because I thought it would help with getting the right portion each time however, I went through that bag in a week based on the instructions. This is a really expensive product for someone having a major flareup. Financial aspect aside, It tastes well, goes down well and I think the product helped. It’s not a miracle product, but I definitely think it is a natural way to get the alginate raft. I wouldnt say that this is more or less effective than other alginate raft products. This product is very good for me with acid reflux. I've purchased this twice and recommended it to so many people. I particularly like the carmel vanilla flavor. Haven't tried the other flavor. As I don't use this daily, it lasts me quite awhile. It is tasty, easy to use, taking just a teaspoon when needed. It is very smooth and easy to swallow.
