I’ve struggled with foot pain, especially in the mornings, and after using this consistently, I’ve noticed a big difference. The heat and light really help loosen things up and ease the pain. I have to stand all day for work. I bought this to help my feet with the pain I feel at the end of the 12 hour workdays. I leave it on each foot for about 20 minutes each day and I noticed less pain and inflammation within a few days. I feel like it is definitely doing something beneficial for my plantar fasciitis. It feels nice and warm when in use. It isn't uncomfortably hot. One thing I dont like is that it only has a single foot cover. I guess I just assumed it would come with 2. Not a big deal though, I can just switch feet after 20 min while I watch TV. Read more

This is the most comfortable and effective product I have ever used. The near infrared treatment is very comfortable and the lace construction allows me to fully wrap the entire sole and ankle area. Once the timer is set, there is no need to worry about it, which is very worry-free.
