I have to stand all day for work. I bought this to help my feet with the pain I feel at the end of the 12 hour workdays. I leave it on each foot for about 20 minutes each day and I noticed less pain and inflammation within a few days. I feel like it is definitely doing something beneficial for my plantar fasciitis. It feels nice and warm when in use. It isn't uncomfortably hot. One thing I dont like is that it only has a single foot cover. I guess I just assumed it would come with 2. Not a big deal though, I can just switch feet after 20 min while I watch TV. Read more
