You have to understand how to charge this correctly
As long as you don't continuously charge, this is great. I had bought one of these almost annually because the batteries kept dying. I had not understood that these have a simple 'dumb' charging system. You only charge them when the battery is nearly dead and then have to pull them from the charger immediately once full. Changing how I charge this, my current one has lasted a couple years now and only needs to be charged once a month or so. -1 star for not having a better charging mechanism. But really for the price and what you get, this is all you need. Read more

This product usually is good (I own one in red). But this time I had it for one day and I heard a pop and it died. So I sent it back... Amazon game me a refund. Read more

Ordered a shaver. Charged, trimmed my beard, plugged in to the charger again. 4 days later, dead. Light came on when charging. But the trimmer was dead. Ordered a replacement, used once for ten minutes and when trying to use today, dead. Two of the same units, both dead after one use.
