Cute!! I bought it for the ren fair party I attended. The carpet-bag pattern gives your costume little texture. Be advised: you will need the full length of the ribbons to get it on and off since there is no zipper, especially if you have a bust. They seem ludicrously long when you first unpack the corset, but don’t be tempted to trim them! It is a little bit of work to pull the front all the way apart to get it over your head and then cinch it all the way down again, so if that’s a deal breaker, I’d recommend a corset with a side zipper. Personally, I didn’t want the look of a zipper. Another note, since I have a largish bust I wound up folding back the center panel, otherwise it would not have fully covered the gap at the top. I’m in love with this corset. I bought it for a Halloween costume but the quality is so good that I wear it to the bar. It’s super supportive and really sucks everything in. The straps are held together by ribbon so keep that in mind if you’re more endowed with your chest. The zipper on the side was a nice touch and when getting in and no out of the corset. Loved this corset for the most part. I wore it for a renaissance fair recently. I’m 5’4” and around 115lbs. I don’t have a very big chest so I didn’t fill it out much and had to super tighten the shoulders. Overall great for the price, the quality of the piece is good. Read more
