I just wish that it had more resistance types. I think I may have gone a little too strong. I've been using the 20-lb resistance band for two weeks now. The handles are durable yet pliable enough not to cut into the rubber. The band is easier to use now than when I first opened the package. I don't know if that is common with resistance bands or if I'm getting stronger. It is smart that the company packages these in three different resistance levels. Read more
These are my second time trying these type bands but the FIRST from this company. I had a set from SPRI and one of them snapped off and was painful! So far, with the exception of the handles, these seem well made and are working out great. The handles are a tad cheap and not very comfortable. I hope their statement-"Our figure 8 resistance bands are made from a healthy, strong latex material that is flexible and toughness, with no risk of breaking", is fully accurate. Film at 11!
