These are very strong

I bought this as a gift for my cousin that has been going through a lot of resistance pants that snap on him and I’ve decided to get him one that had the handles and different types that would help him with this Physical Therapy and so far he loves it. I just wish that it had more resistance types. I think I may have gone a little too strong. The quality is great on these and it is comfortable with the handle the color didn’t really matter to us as long as they worked. Read more

Comfortable to use; worth the money

I've been using the 20-lb resistance band for two weeks now. The handles are durable yet pliable enough not to cut into the rubber. The band is easier to use now than when I first opened the package. These are my second time trying these type bands but the FIRST from this company. I had a set from SPRI and one of them snapped off and was painful! So far, with the exception of the handles, these seem well made and are working out great. The handles are a tad cheap and not very comfortable.
