I was so worried that this mat was gonna be super thin and not comfy on my feet at all. But it delivered! It’s so soft and surprisingly cushiony. I love the color and there’s an anti-slip backing that’s super nice and convenient. Love the waffle look, I got the beige color but the picture is pulling more pink for some reason. But it looks way better in person. Haven’t washed it yet but the tag says to machine wash and then hang dry so probably don’t put it in the dryer. I bought the Waffle Bathroom Runner but ended up using it in my kitchen, and honestly I’m glad I did. The bottom has those little grippy dots so it doesn’t slide around at all, which is exactly what I needed. It’s super soft, and I like that I can just toss it in the washer if anything spills or it gets gross — it feels really low-maintenance. One thing I didn’t think about when choosing black: it attracts every fuzzy, sock lint piece, and random little things. Most of my place is carpeted, so I didn’t realize how much would end up on this thing. It’s really noticeable, which is annoying, but I just shake it out pretty often and it’s fine. The good part is it absorbs water quickly, so I never freak out about dripping anything on it. I wanted to use this in my bathroom originally, but my bathroom is super narrow and the door sits really close to the floor. Since the rug is a little thicker and cushy, the door won’t clear it — so just keep that in mind if your bathroom has a low door gap or tight space. Overall, I definitely recommend it. It’s cute, stays put, and feels nice under your feet — just be aware the black shows everything and make sure your door has enough clearance if you’re planning to use it in a small bathroom.
