Versatile and convenient
These seem to be of excellent quality. I’m a senior citizen and these are nice to have in the house. In stead of sitting in front of the TV all the time in the evening I can use these while watching. Nice set of resistance bands and accessories!!
I've only had this set of resistance bands for a couple of months but I've used them pretty extensively. They seem to really hold up and you get everything you need for a pretty good workout!! I recently had some injuries so weight training was a little tough but using the bands has been easy on my system!! I feel like I'm building and maintaining good muscle mass but there's a lot to that including diet so I can't say it's just the bands. Anyways as far as a product I think for the money you get a lot and I would highly recommend anyone who wants to get into resistance band training to purchase this set!! Read more
