I was using a 41" resistance band that was thick and narrow. I was enjoying it but I wanted more flexibility with my upper body and getting an 8 yard roll meant I could have a few different sizes. I've gone to more meditation, yoga and Pickleball as I've gotten older and stretching is still a huge aspect. Having resistance bands is always a great warmup and I'm sure it could be a workout but I'm not there yet. I do use this barefoot a lot which is nice. Other Resistance bands are thicker and not as comfortable on bare feet. This doesn't have as much strength as some others but for what I need it for I'm happy with it. I am pleasantly surprised. I have a home pilates studio I teach from, so I have a wide assortment of bands to use with clients. Most bands are 4-5 inches wide and the length is too short to use for overhead work. You can cut these to any length so I have 2 very long bands I can wrap around the foot bar of a reformer and clients can use with ease for arm work while combining with other exercises. They also work great for standing work by allowing the nice wide band to rest flat under your feet while extending the bands up over your head. Whatever the reason, if you need a longer band, these work great as you cut to the size you want. They are wider than most at almost 6" wide so they don't roll up into a tight stretchy rope as most do. I ordered green to test out and it's listed as "medium".. about right, maybe a little on the lighter side. No rips or tears and seems to be quality material. I will likely purchase another roll of heavier strength for floor exercises. Read more

We chose this because we can cut a piece to the length we need for exercise. When that piece wears out, just cut some more off the roll. The old piece can be reused as a strap so similar. Material is thick and sturdier than other resistance bands we had in the past. The stretch was stiff initially, but started to ease up after use. Read more

I have been using resistance bands for strength training for several years. The bands allow me to train at home without having to drive to a gym. They also work well when I travel because they take up little space in my suitcase and are light in weight. They let me work out in my hotel room or cruise ship cabin instead of in a crowded hotel or ship gym. I use several colors/strengths for different exercises. These bands are similar in quality and resistance level to other green bands I have used. This product comes in a single roll which can be cut to size with scissors. I like to tie the green medium strength bands to a door anchor (not included) for arm work. They can also be used by grasping one end in each hand and stretching them. After use for a period of time, all bands of this type will break and will need to be replaced from the roll. The bands are soft and do not contain latex or powder. There is no odor. Read more

This role of resist therapy bands is perfect for my home gym A few months ago I was injured at work and was encouraged to start using physical therapy bands and I have found them really helpful. But sometimes after using one for a while, it gets dirty and I would like to change them out. And having a bulk roll is perfect for replacing old bands. It’s nice because I can cut them to any size that I need. For example, if my niece wants to work out with me, since she is shorter, I can cut it according to her height. The resistance is perfect for me and it has definitely been helpful in my healing journey. They are high-quality. This product is nothing like that used in physical rehabilitation. It does not progressively stretch with accompanying increased resistance. Instead, it stretches and quickly reaches its maximum resistance before breaking if pulled further. Rarely have I reviewed a product that gets zero stars but this is absolutely worthless as an exercise band. Read more

This roll of resistance band material allows you to cut the bands to the length you need. The roll comes with 24 feet of material. My daughters use these bands for figure skating conditioning to work on building up the needed arm strength and also to work on flexibility.
