I wanted to tone up some flabby arms and thighs (most of us do) but they were a tad small for my liking These are great for people like me, older and cannot do weight lifting They were easy to use and were very durable. When I tried to use them on thighs, they were a little uncomfortable and rolled up I would recommend these but would rather have longer bands The price was right and there are strength levels for everyone Read more
