I recently purchased 2 KleenCloths and have been putting them to use around the house. I am familiar with the antimicrobial properties of silver, and I think the antibacterial claims of the KleenCloth are credible (as verified by laboratory analysis). KleenCloth solved one of my more vexing cleaning problems - cleaning glass without streaking. I used 2 KleenCloths - one damp, and the other dry. The damp KleenCloth was used first to wipe down the window, and the dry KleenCloth then polished the glass without streaking. The inside of my car windshield was the toughest test because I’ve found every combination of paper towel, microfiber towel, and glass cleaner always left windshield streaks that interfered with visibility. The combination of the damp KleenCloth and the dry KleenCloth worked like a charm without the use of any other cleaner or chemicals. These cloths are an outstanding buy. Works great on hard-to-clean items such as a computer keyboard, oven glass door, or car windows (especially the interior). I've been using the KleenCloth for my kitchen counters and table. My normal routine is to use sanitizing wipes, it gives me the confirmation that they are being sanitized given the smell of the wipes. And that's where I have mixed feelings with KleenCloth. The hook is that you don't have to use harsh chemicals, just water. But I have no idea how well it's working. I'm not taking samples from my counter and putting it in a petri dish to determine if bacteria grows. I have to take it for fact that it's doing something. From what I can tell so far, no kids or family members have gotten sick. That's about all I can do to measure the claims. But what I can comment on, is how well it cleans. It is a durable cloth but soft cloth giving you the flexibility of using it on multiple surfaces. Granite, stove tops, wood tables, it handled all surfaces well. The surfaces felt clean and smooth after the water dried and as you can tell in the photos, it definitely picked up dirt and grime. Good size to the cloth (AA battery for scale) and I simply rinsed it off between surfaces. And doesn't leave any fibers behind like paper towels/wipes do. Is it killing the bacteria? I have no idea. But it does give a clean look/feel to what you do clean. Sure. I do like the fact that this is something I can reuse several times and not waste wipes or paper towels regularly. I just had a bathroom renovation and have a new glass shower. I was struggling to find a good way to clean the glass and everything left marks. I just wet this cloth and wiped it all down and it is like perfectly invisible and no streaks. It’s really amazing because I tried so many things to clean it right. I had a tv with swirls from cleaning and this cloth did the best job and now it’s perfectly spotless. I had windows which were covered with some persistant filth and nothing would clean it but this cloth did. I’ve only washed it with water and it’s ready to go over and over. The cloth is big and the next one I’ll cut in half. It is really I credible and I’ll buy this again and would give it ten stars if I could. It’s so easy to make everything glow. Love love It. I am always wiping something down, and I thought this KleenCloth looked very interesting. I was surprised at how large the cloth is when it arrived. It came in a pack of 4. The cloth is super thin, as thin as the type of cloth you clean your eyeglasses with. It feels like a mix between a piece of paper and a microfiber cloth. It is not too absorbent and wiping up drops of water leaves streaks behind. It was too large for me to use so I ended up cutting it in half. I tried using it dry and using it wet, but I haven’t quite figured out which is best. Both leaves me feeling disappointed. I can’t really use it in place of a disposable paper towel for really messy grime, I can’t use it in place of my sponge to get suds, and I can’t use it in place of my scrubber because it doesn’t scrub at all. It doesn’t work well on glass because it leaves too many streaks and dust clumps. So that leaves me with just light cleaning to wipe off the countertops or lightly used surfaces. The one thing I found that it does work pretty well for is my stainless steel appliances. It seems to wipe off my stainless steel using only water without leaving any streaks behind. I like the fact that it dries without any odors. Due to the limited use for this cloth, I’m not sure I would recommend this cloth. Read more
