This reusable gel shoulder ice pack wrap works great for relieving shoulder pain and soreness. The wrap design keeps the pack securely in place, so you can move around without constantly adjusting it. It provides excellent coverage for the rotator cuff area, and the gel stays cold (or warm) long enough for effective therapy. The material feels durable and comfortable on the skin, and it’s especially helpful for post-workout recovery or after surgery. Overall, it’s a practical, well-made support wrap that delivers reliable hot and cold therapy when you need it. Read more

After my shoulder arthroscopy surgery, my shoulder often feels sore and painful every time I do physical therapy exercises at home. This reusable shoulder ice pack wrap has helped me a lot. It’s easy to put on by myself, and the cooling effect lasts long enough to relieve the soreness. Definitely a good item for anyone recovering from shoulder surgery! Read more

Got this for my dad who recently had shoulder surgery on his left shoulder. He has used it quite a bit, and says it works best after being left in the freezer for a few hours. I’ve helped him out it on, but he’s been able to do it himself. He says it does fit well, but that he feels it’s more catered to the right shoulder versus the left. As this is supposed to be used for both shoulders (which I told him), he did say that he wishes there were ones for both right and left shoulder specifically. He says it is soft and comfortable, and does stay cool for awhile after being in the freezer - the fridge, but so much. It is easy to put on and take off, even when I’m not here to help him. He says it does make his shoulder joint feel more stable and sturdy. He says he even sleeps in it sometimes just for the support it provides. Overall, a great little support and recovery piece for anyone post-shoulder surgery or just has minor pain or discomfort in their shoulders from time to time. Read more

My mother had surgery for a rotator cuff tear due to years of work-related strain. She's currently undergoing rehabilitation, but the previous methods of ice application were quite crude, using ice directly, which was too cold and unbearable. I stumbled upon this product, and it's very comfortable and fits snugly. After pre-cooling, it works very well and is suitable for quickly cooling down her inflamed shoulder. She's very satisfied! The jell in this does not last very long. Maybe around 10 minutes maximum. Not really long enough to do much. It is really soft and comfortable but also heavy. When your shoulder is injured picking up and sorting out something so floppy and heavy can hurt quite a bit. Read more

This review is for the onlyfacap Reusable Gel Shoulder Ice Pack Wrap, Wide and Durable Support for Rotator Cuff Injuries, Suitable for Hot and Cold Compression Therapy to Relieve Shoulder Pain and Surgery Recovery (Black-XLarge) ASIN B0G34DHG1J, current price is about $22. Positives: • This shoulder wrap is way more comfortable and supportive than trying to use an ace bandage or a regular ice pack. It hugs the shoulder and arm nicely and makes it easier to ice down or heat up the specific shoulder/rotator cuff area. • The pack actually covers parts of the neck and both the front and back of the shoulder, not just the top. On the arm, it stays in place and is thin and flexible, so you can move around without it slipping. • The gel inside feels cool even at room temperature, and the weight of the pack itself gives some pain relief. It’s easy to adjust the strap and fits well, even if you have a larger frame. • You can use the pack for heat or cold therapy. It’s convenient to store in the freezer, doesn’t take up much space, and the gel stays soft instead of freezing solid. It heats up quickly in the microwave and usually stays warm for a good half hour. • This pack works for other joints too, like the knee or neck and upper back, so it’s pretty versatile. I just tuck the sleeve part flat and wrap it in a kitchen towel and the weight helps to hold it on my neck without too much pressure. Negatives: • The gel only stays truly cold or hot for about 10–15 minutes, which isn’t long enough for some treatments. You might need to refreeze it or re-microwave it and reapply. • The pack can be a bit heavy and floppy, which might make it tough to handle if your shoulder is really sore. Read more

This reusable gel shoulder ice pack wrap is really nice and feels comfortable to wear. It offers a lot of coverage and wraps around not only the shoulder but also part of the upper arm, which helps distribute the cold more evenly. The material is soft to the touch and lightweight and doesn’t feel stiff or irritating against the skin, even when worn for longer periods. One thing I really like is that it feels cool right out of the box thanks to the gel inside, so it provides relief even before putting it in the freezer. When used cold, it does an excellent job helping with soreness and general shoulder discomfort. It's easy to use but I haven’t tried using it in the microwave yet for heat therapy. It’s nice knowing that option is there for flexibility depending on what kind of relief is needed. The wrap works well on either the left or right shoulder, which makes it more versatile, and the fit feels secure without being too tight. For the price, it feels well made and durable, especially considering how much coverage it provides. Overall, it’s been a great option for cold therapy and shoulder support, and it’s something I’ll definitely keep using when soreness flares up. Read more
