May not fit those with an upper arm circumference greater than 14"
I'm dealing with a rotator cuff injury. For me, this isn't an immobilizer because the material is actually comfortable and has some stretch. But, it is helpful to wear because having it on reminds me to limit my movements. My favorite feature is the velcro "pocket" at the top of the shoulder that can hold a small gel pack. This feature allows me to ice down my shoulder while I can still be up and around doing other tasks. In terms of fit, I think the maximum upper arm circumference it can be adjusted to (that still allows enough grip for the hook/loop fastener) is about 14", which will probably fit the average person. But if your arms are bigger than average, you might need to look for a different product. On the Malloraned Shoulder Brace, I think the fit and the stitching is quite good. The vast majority of the stitching is a zig zag stitch, which can stretch and flex better than a straight stitch. Due to the design of the strap, it's also very easy to change it from the left shoulder to the right shoulder. Read more
