I will not lie that I'm a picky eater/drinker, especially with Matcha products because I've purchased (expensive) drink mixes before and it hasn't always ended well. I also do not eat mushrooms -- ever. I don't like the texture and if anyone tells me that there are mushrooms in any dish, I will avoid it. I'm now 40. Why that matters? It's because I have been realizing several things this past year: 1. It's been harder to maintain body weight (I think it might be a hormone issue -- being a female it's always easy), and 2. I have been VERY picky my whole life but do understand that I need the health benefits of certain foods that have been lacking in my diet for nearly all of my life. So, my review of ReviTEAlize Organic Matcha Mushroom Powder: The taste is actually VERY good. I read some reviews of people saying it wasn't for them, which I can appreciate that everyone's pallet is different; however, this is the best one I have tasted thus far. I just purchased a frother and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I couldn't help trying this out though, and just boiled water in my electric kettle and poured it on the matcha mix in a mug. Didn't add sugar or anything else and it's slightly sweet on it's own (thinking from the cinnamon). I LOVE the taste. I will be ordering this again. It also delivered overnight, which I thought was insane. I don't think I've ever had anything deliver that fast. I also appreciate that it's from a US small business. I looked at RYZE and didn't want to deal with the subscription plan. However, now that I tried ReviTEAlize Organic Matcha Mushroom Powder and love it, I will be ordering it and gifting it whenever I can. I hope this helps someone to pull the trigger. This is the first mushroom matcha latte mix I've ever tried. While I like the great ingredients and their possible healthfulness, I really don't enjoy the taste on its own. I love matcha tea, but this tastes really strange, artificial (probably from the monk fruit sweetener?), and weirdly minty to me, and I have a hard time finishing it. I'll try the mix in a banana smoothie next, maybe that'll help. Read more
