I’m not gonna lie, I thought it was ridiculous at first. It is big and I couldn’t even close my mouth fully, but I gave it a whirl and it worked! I slept great and it greatly reduced my snoring. I have tried so many anti-snoring devices; mouth tape, nose dilators, chin strap, wedge pillow, a weird pulse thing that goes under your chin and gives you electrical pulses when you snore. That one was the weirdest and did absolutely nothing. This one has worked the best and is the only one I have been able to use all night without waking up and ripping it off. I guess it does also prevent teeth grinding because you can’t fully close your mouth. Anyway, for snoring or teeth grinding, this seems to be effective. I ordered the small. Read more

The media could not be loaded. 1) The front part is unnecessary thick. I ordered small and I can't have my lips sealed even closely. Put both your point fingers in front of your lips - if you're comfortable and can close your mouth - this will work for you. Otherwise, don't believe the photos with "happy smiling people". 2) The mouth piece itself is jelly like. There is no rigidity at all. And it won't hold your jaws. Read more

It’s actually insane how quickly my pallet opens up when I use this, I only put it in every now and then when I’m too high energy and every time it’s probably for about ten minutes and when I take it out it feels like I have a new mouth. Definitely worth a try. Read more

I will say it did help with my snoring, my issue is that it rubbed my gums raw ever night I wore it. I gave it a good solid 2 months and tried wearing it every other night or every other 2 nights. It sometimes even made my teeth feel like it was rubbing the enamel raw. I thought about giving the 80 dollar revive two a try as they say the silicon is shorter... but I've gone the orthodontist rout for a professional mouth guard that my insurance will help with. Again not saying it's not a good product, it's just not right for me. Read more

I like this more than I thought I would. I really like that there are holes in it so I can still breath through my mouth. Was a little sore at first by I like the shift that is has created. Read more

Very uncomfortable to wear. I got this because I saw it all over tik tok. If you’re a side sleep makes it very hard to sallow. Not worth the 30 dollars that’s for sure. Read more

First night wearing and it’s exactly what I’ve been wanting for ages. My dentist told me nothing like this existed, but I’m so glad I purchased. It’s soft and squishy and just what I needed to stop my tooth grinding at night. I wear Invisalign retainers and they make me want to clench my jaw. I needed a padding to keep my jaw from smashing together. Every other guard out there is hard plastic. I don’t understand how that can prevent you from clenching. You need something soft in my opinion. This guard is a winner for me. Read more
