This is a nice hard and very high gloss top coat. And my tests show that it can go on over other brand polishes that are non gel like, as long as you have the color coat good and dry. But using the nail system from Revlon, it all stays on my wife's nails ( I do her nails for her) 7-8 days, then chips. We will try a base coat next, though you're not supposed to need one. Anyway, this top coat is very smooth and high gloss. Read more
