I’ve noticed a slight boost in energy and mental clarity, nothing major, but definitely a subtle difference. I also feel like it helps with inflammation and my recurring hip pain, which has become more noticeable as I approach 45. It’s not a miracle fix, but it does seem to slightly ease the discomfort. The taste isn’t great, but it’s manageable, especially with a splash of orange juice in the morning. I take it on an empty stomach and also give it to my 9-year-old daughter for muscle recovery, she dances daily at a studio. She fusses a little about the taste, but it’s over in two seconds and she moves on. This product is so so so good. My whole health has improved. Health skin and radiant. Feel better in all. I take all 3 of the rho liposomal the nad+, glutathione, and curcumin resveratrol. All three are a life changer. I stand by rho. It's helped and changed my life style in just a few months. A lot of these things it offers the body itself drops at ages 25 - 30 and more as you age. It should take about 2-4 weeks to notice the real difference, but the acute affect is that I do feel more energy. Also, the taste is fine. People are wimps. I can’t even give one star. I wish I had read the reviews before purchase. I’m not even able to get a refund and I am not taking this to see results. I tried for three days. And felt sick for like two hours after taking it each time. Smells like vomit with cat pee. Even had my husband try it to make sure I wasn’t just maybe having a personal issue. So sick and disgusting. Disappointed in the promotion of this product. I’ve tried others and also tried other promoted products from Gary Brecka. Loved them all. This is just nasty stuff. Read more
