I’m obsessed. It’s super easy to set up. You literally just zip it up, plug it in, and you’re good to go. The convenience factor is huge; I can enjoy a relaxing sauna session right at home, without the need for a gym membership or spa visit. The red light therapy is a nice bonus. It feels like it helps with muscle recovery. Plus, it heats up quickly, and the heat is really nice. It's also compact, so I can store it away when I’m not using it. If you’re looking for an affordable and convenient way to unwind and get some health benefits, this is a solid choice! Read more

Started out so promising. The set up was "easy", although kind of a pain. It got hot, but not anywhere close to as hot as advertised and nowhere close to a traditional sauna. I can overlook some of that because it is after all just a portable personal sauna box and not a full sauna. What can't be overlooked is the seems coming apart basically making this thing expensive and useless. Today is 2 months exactly to the day I purchased it and it is beyond the return or replacement window so I am just SOL. Purchase at your own risk but I cannot recommend it to anyone. Read more

I’m honestly surprised by how effective this portable infrared sauna is. Even though it’s compact, it heats up quickly with the carbon crystal heating panels, and the 9 adjustable levels let me choose anything from light relaxation to a deep, sweaty detox session. The size is perfect for home use—easy to set up, doesn’t take much space, and folds away when I’m done. After just a few sessions, I felt more relaxed, slept better, and noticed a nice boost in circulation. It’s also great for warming up muscles and relieving tension after workouts. If you want the benefits of a sauna without paying spa prices or installing a big unit, this is an amazing home option. Totally worth it! Read more

The media could not be loaded. I received only the steamer unit, not the tent, so I cannot comment on the quality or performance of the tent portion yet. This review is for the steam generator itself. The first thing I noticed is that there was no manual included. Even a simple single-page instruction sheet with safety notes would have been helpful. The unit came with two clear tubes, but without instructions it was not fully obvious what their intended purpose was. I took a guess that you could use a single tube or use the included connector piece to join two tubes together if you need extra length. The remote control has one of those plastic pull tabs that you remove to activate the battery, so I assumed it had a battery installed. After pulling the tab, the remote still did not work. When I opened the battery compartment, I discovered that no battery was included at all. It requires a CR2025 battery, not the more common 2032. Not a big issue, but still worth mentioning since most people probably have 2032s at home, not 2025s. The power cord on the steamer is super short. Once you run this wire through a tent, you have to place the steamer close to a wall outlet, and the outlet cannot be more than a foot or two above the floor or it will not reach. I think a slightly longer cord would have made placement easier. On startup, the device was a little noisy for the first couple of minutes, but once it warmed up the noise level dropped noticeably and became much softer. The steam temperature coming out felt warm, but not as hot as I expected. To be fair, I do not have the tent yet, and that will make a difference, so this is just an early observation. I ordered a tent separately and plan to update my review after testing it inside an enclosed setup. As far as build quality, the steamer pot itself feels decent and well made. The remote, however, feels very low quality. There is no click feedback at all when you press the buttons; the entire surface just presses down with no tactile response. It still works once you install a battery, but the feel of it is not great. The buttons on the steamer itself make loud beeping sounds and are annoying. Overall, the steamer unit seems capable and heats up, but the lack of instructions, missing battery, short cord, and the low-quality remote are things to be aware of. Once my tent arrives and I can test everything together, I will update my review Read more

I’m thrilled with this Far Infrared Sauna Box. Setup took minutes, and the carbon crystal panels heat evenly and quickly—within 10 minutes I’m in a cozy, sweat-ready environment. The nine heat levels make it easy to dial in comfort, and the integrated red light therapy adds a soothing glow that helps me unwind after long days at the desk. At 5.9 ft x 2.9 ft x 2.6 ft, it’s genuinely full-size; I can stretch my legs and shoulders without feeling cramped. The zipper hand openings and remote are thoughtful touches, and the fabric feels sturdy yet wipes clean easily. I love that it folds away neatly between uses, so it doesn’t dominate the room. After a week of nightly sessions, I’m sleeping deeper and waking refreshed. For a portable dry sauna, this feels premium, efficient, and surprisingly quiet. Highly recommended for relaxation, recovery, and at-home spa vibes. Truly outstanding. Read more
