I have look through different smart ring and a lot of them require subscription which I didn’t like. So I got this smart ring without have to purchase subscription in order to use it. I order the ring sizing kit before I order this ring since it’s different from regular ring. This smart ring gesture sleek and cool design. It’s make of durable material like titanium, it’s both lightweight and comfortable for all day wear and even during sleep. It’s effective by keeping track of my health metrics such as heart rate, sleep patterns, activity levels, and calories burns. It offers accurate and real time data without the need for subscription, making it cost effective solution for my health monitoring. With a single charge, the ring battery last for seven days, and the app will inform me when the battery is low. When the battery is low I put the ring on the charging case and usually charge about a hour. This ring performs reliably, offering consistent and accurate readings. This smart ring is an excellent choice for me to get a compressive health and fitness tracking with the burden of ongoing subscription fees. It’s stylish design, good performance and user friendly features, making it a valuable tool for my daily health monitoring. Read more

The app is quite detailed enough for the average person. You DON'T have to pay a monthly fee to see your own data, and the battery life is great. Data accuracy squares with my Samsung watch 5 and the ring is both comfortable to wear all night and won't have to spend time on the charger just when you want to go to bed. I'm getting more than a week on a single battery charge. I love the charger box, like an earbud case, where you get several charges before you have to plug the case in, so you could travel for weeks without plugging in. If you're worried about scratching the finish, you can buy silicone ring covers to wear to the gym or when you're doing manual labor. Runs a tiny bit smaller then my regular ring size so best to get the sizer kit. It's cheap and ships quick. If you're in the process of losing a lot of weight or your fingers get thinner in the winter cold, you might consider sizing to fit your middle or ring finger in summer and index in winter or when you've met weight goal. If this is not a consideration, I find it most comfortable on the index finger. Read more

I highly recommend using the sizing kit before ordering as my actual size is nowhere close to my normal ring size. I got the silver ring and don't love that it's very matte, not shiny but I imagine that helps with scratches and general wear. Setup was very easy and quick, the battery life is 7 days as advertised. I wore Fitbits for years so that is my point of reference. The app is easy to use to view the data, heart rate, oxygenation and sleep tracking all seem accurate. Not sure on the accuracy of the steps count but that is not a big deal for me. Two things I don't like, stress tracking is in 30 minute increments so when it tells me I am stressed out, I am pretty sure it wasn't for a full 30 minutes. The other thing I don't love is that I have to open the app periodically to sync the data, this means that the widget on my mobile phone is not automatically updated which defeats the purpose of having it. Every time I open the app, I have to wait for the ring to sync and the data to update yet I have no problem getting a sedentary alert without syncing. Overall, I am impressed by the quality and features of this ring. The manufacturer just released a second generation and had I known, I would have waiting to buy that. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I have had this for about a month now. I love it! It tracks my sleep, my period, body temp, heart, o2, and steps. It’s durable, comfortable and lightweight. The app is free and the ring has been holding up well! Read more

I tried 2 different rings. One was $53 and it wasn’t worth a nickel. On RingConn, I would take a screen shot each time I woke up and this ring caught each time. When I fell asleep in the recliner, it said “we detected a nap” and when I saw it was a 52 minute nap, I rewound my show 52 minutes and picked up right where I left off. It seemed to pick up abnormalities even before I got sick. Then it told me that my temperature went up 2.86 degrees. I got the thermometer out and RingConn was right. There are many detailed sleep analytics that even Fitbit didn’t pick up. There are more important ones on this app. It’s worked flawlessly so far. Charging case is small, sleek, and, unlike Fitbit, I haven’t had to try and clean probes out because it’s not charging. I hope I continue to like it as well as I do after a few weeks use. Update 6 months later: For sleep use, it started to be pretty good after 10 days of adjusting to me. After 4-1/2 months, it started to just say I was asleep the entire time I went to bed, even if I was up every hour (I did a screen shot on my phone when I got up) and got up for 3 hours during the night, had a snack and did dishes. RingConn is saying I was sleeping all that time. I’ve also had it detect naps when I was out walking, not detect naps I did take or not display them for 12 hours after I took them. If I slept 3 hours and it’s saying I slept 10 hours, why bother to wear the RingConn at all? So if you want something that may work 4-5 months and pay $250 for that provide, then buy it. Read more

Been using a Fitbit (Zip, Charge, Versa) for years, but wanted something less obvious than a watch style, as I still like to wear an actual watch. This had the best rating when the price is considered, and it doesn't need a subscription to get the detailed results. I first got the sizing kit, and that helped select the appropriate size. Fortunately I can wear it on several different fingers so can move it if needed. The charging holder is very handy, especially for travel as no special charging connector is needed. The step, sleep, etc. tracking seems to be about as accurate as my Fitbit Versa, After several months of use the silver/titanium is still looking good with no obvious scratches. Read more
