Best smart ring with no subscription fee. 10 day battery life on charge. Nice features like auto workout tracking and sedentary movement warning. Can also track certain workouts with phone gps in app. Accurate step and sleep tracking. Also, has sleep apnea monitoring. A plus is small ring width making it comfortable to wear. Comes with handy charging case and charges quick. Highly recommended you try. Read more

I’ve had the RingConn for a few days now, and so far I’m honestly impressed. The setup was quick, and the app is super easy to navigate. One of the biggest wins for me is that there’s no subscription fee, especially compared to Oura, which charges monthly. I really appreciate not being locked into another recurring cost just to access my own data. The ring itself is also noticeably thinner than the Oura ring. I was a little worried about comfort at first, but I barely notice it on my finger. It’s lightweight, sleek, and doesn’t feel bulky at all. I can wear it all day without that “take this thing off” moment. I didn’t buy this because of any major health issues, I just wanted a simple way to keep an eye on my stress and track my sleep patterns, and it’s delivered exactly that. The insights are easy to understand, and I like that the app breaks everything down without making it feel overwhelming. For the price, I think this ring is a much better value. I purchased the gold color and saved so much money getting the RingConn. Obviously it’s still early, but the ring has worked great so far. Read more

I've had this ring for a little over a month now and so far I love it. It tracks everything under the sun. From heart rate, to sleep tracking, to stress, other vitals, and even sleep apnea. I wear it constantly and was very surprised by the battery life. It advertises 12 days and I think I got pretty close to that with non-stop use. And it charges incredibly quickly too. The finish is scratch resistant, looks solid and is very durable. The app is also incredibly easy to use and connects very well. The only issue I would say is that the sizing kit that ringconn provides is a tad off. I got a size 12 and it DOES FIT, but I wish they had an 11.5. The 12 in the sizing kit fit perfectly but the real ring is just a touch bigger. Still not that big of am issue though. Highly recommend this ring. OH AND NO SUBSCRIPTIONS! Read more

I ordered this fitness ring on July 10th, 2025, so I've had it for about 5 months now. What is making me finally write a review is that I accidentally just put this ring through the wash and you couldn't even tell. No damage at all from being in all that water and washed around with soap. I honestly really enjoy this ring. Pros: -Great battery life -Charging case also has great battery life -Free app that is user friendly and a bit customizable -Ability to track steps, sleep, exercise, sleep apnea, periods, heart rate, oxygen saturation, body temp, stress, and add notes. -With accuracy in tracking for steps, sleep, vital signs, exercise, and stress. -Useful information in the period section, about which part of the cycle you are in and what to expect. -Multiple types of exercise you can track from HIIT, sports, walking, etc. -Sleep is quite accurate I think, and gives you how long in each stage, heart rate variability, temperature, respiratory rate, naps, time in bed vs time asleep, and a subjective tracker for you to make how you feel. -You can track so many things with your period, I love the detail. See attached photos. -Sleek and easy to wear, not heavy at all. -Waterproof!! I wear this ring while washing my hands, washing dishes, accidentally left it in my pocket and put it through the laundry. No visible damage, and no issues with use. Cons: -Sizing is iffy. I ordered a size 11 for comfort but I think sleep apnea tracking would be better if I had a size 10 because it's closer to the skin although too tight for my comfort. -Touted for sleep apnea monitoring but doesn't seem to be accurate when compared to my home sleep test and cpap machine. Unfortunate, but hopefully they hone this tracking aspect in the future. -I haven't been good with remembering to track my periods in the app on top of my written planner, so I can't tell how accurate that is yet. -Poor gps tracking for walks and runs. I will start and end the walk timer for the duration of my walk which could be anywhere from 1 to 3 mi but will only chart that I did 0.05 miles. Luckily you are able to edit the mileage. Overall I love this ring and it's features, which are worth the midrange price tag. Read more

I’ve been considering a ring for a long time. This works great. Tracks sleep perfectly, including apnea. Much more comfortable to wear and track sleep than my Apple Watch. Impressive battery life as well. Shocking that it lasts almost 2 weeks and no subscription price unlike a lot of the competition. Tracking “stress” is great and I find it accurate. Read more

Very happy with the ring so far. I was looking to transition away from an Apple Watch. The ring gives even more health data and I can go back to wearing actual watches. I have large hands and appreciated the sizing kit so I could try out different sizes on different fingers before buying. The sleep data was way off at first, thinking I was sleeping way longer than I actually was but I was able to manually edit the start time and it seemed to sense properly after that. Held charge for more than a week and recharged in less than an hour. Love the stress data. I am worried about it scratching based on other reviews and have not found a good solution for protection that is not bulky and is durable. Read more
