I purchased these because I have been using RiseWell toothpaste. These are sugar free and have the same nanoparticle calcium in them which fills in to the enamel of your teeth that the toothpaste has. That's a win-win in my book. It is really nice to have something like this to put in your mouth after you have had a bite to eat but are unable to brush your teeth. The taste is good, not overpowering and the texture is smooth.
