Glad I bought these. They seem like a nice leather but they have a coating on them that is marked as being waterproof which is great. I tried them on and left them on while sitting the day at my desk to see if they breath and it seems like they will. They are not a boot that will make your legs hot and clammy. They have a fabric (I think) lining that will provide warmth so if needing to keep your legs warmer they are a great choice. I was worried about the size and if they would fit over my calves. They are on the tight side and I wouldn't be able to wear a thick boot sock without unzipping the side zip which is meant to make more room in the calves. I think they will be great if I wear with tights and a skirt which is why I bought them. I did size up a half size from my "normal" based on other reviews. I like that they do not pinch the toes and have plenty of room for toes. Happy with these, recommend. Read more
