Im very happy I bought this cause not only is it going to do the job I intended to do it's also a durable item that I expect to get years of use from. I was actually going to buy a whole karaoke machine but being that I have everything I already need all I needed was a great stand for my phone and here it is. Read more

New update - I finally received a replacement, but it took many months and many prompts. We'll see how well the replacement lasts! Just to be clear, I very much like the basic functionality of this clamp. I hope that the manufacturer can come up with a way to prevent the problem. Update. The unit started to self-destruct within four months. It appears that it is held together with a screw that is glued inside of the bracket housing. It has slowly unscrewed from the clamp and there is no way to fix it because the screw spins loose inside the glued up housing. This appears to be a fatal flaw in the design, which is too bad. I liked this stand. I contacted the seller in November about the warranty/replacement and they said they'd create a parts request to get it fixed, but as of January 5th I haven't seen anything, despite a few prompts. Original review: I use this with my iPad Pro for Irish sessions and other gigs. There aren't many music stand pad holders that hold the larger tablet and allow portrait and landscape orientation, and certainly none as economical and compact as this one! As long as the clamping arms are squeezed tight into place, this stand does just what I need. Read more

I really like this product. I was hoping it would fit my fire tablet a little nicer. The sides don’t stretch like other stand holders, but it does the job well, and for a great price Read more

The IPS20 iPhone/iPad tripod stand is defective in both design and manufacture. The iPad holder is supposed to screw on to the tripod, but either the threads do not match or the holder threads are damaged. When I called the vendor for help, they took the honorable and correct action and sent me a replacement. I was pleased. But the second IPS20 had the exact same problem. Thinking that I may be the problem, I asked my neighbor—a NASA wind-tunnel engineer who can do anything (he builds his own telescopes)--to check it out. He confirmed that the damaged or different gauge threads prevent attachment of the iPad holder to the tripod. Even worse, the plastic holder, though ingeniously designed, is too fragile to hold an iPad. The plastic back that allows adjustment of the angle fell off in my hands as I removed it from the packing box. Had my iPad been attached, it would have crashed to the ground—with all its data. I tried to call the vendor a second time to request help, but was told the “wait time” was over 10 minutes. A “Call back system” was mentioned, but no instructions about how to access it! Please advise on how to return this defective item, without my having to pay FedEX fees. And I am requesting a refund of the purchase price. Read more

I got this to use at home to hold my IPad. The stand is ok but the plastic piece that holds the IPad isn't very well built, my iPad slipped out fell on the carpet. I added two strips of Velcro to secure the IPad to the stand which helped. Read more
