At first I was a little disappointed because the bag seemed to have wings but i reached out to the seller and they walked me through how to fix it. I absolutely LOVE this bag!!! The craftsmanship is is first class! I am not a pocketbook gal but i have to have something for my keys, phone, charger, checkbook, lip balm, and lotion. I love this purse, I love the idea of this purse, I love the room in this purse, I love the feel and color of this purse. I do, but I do not love that the stitching is already coming undone. I do not love how quickly the texture is worn down and easily marred. I have been diligent in cleaning it up when I see a mark or a scuff but I am surprised it scuffs so easily. Read more

This purse is beautiful. I love the color, I love the softness of the material. The size is perfect. Not too small, not too big. The only complaint I have is that the shoulder strap comes off of the side latch all the time. Just 1 side. I purchased less than 8 weeks ago. Within the first month the shoulder strap snap came apart and stuff in my purse emptied to the ground. So, I reattached it and before picking up by the shoulder strap anymore, I would check to make sure it was secure, and tried to use the handles more often than the shoulder strap. This weekend, only 6 weeks after purchase, I gripped it by the handles to find that fastener holding the handle on is broke. Now I have a handbag with one handle. I NEVER write reviews. However, this bag is so great that i have to tell you about it. It is small but not too small. I needed to cut down on what I carry because the weight of my old puse was starting to hurt me. (I have neck and shoulder issues) So, I can't carry my screwdriver, tape measure, sizzers, and box cutter, phone charger, earphones, flashlight, etc. (all small versions that I found endlessly useful) but i can carry id, cards, keys, glasses, sun glasses, kleenex, mints, lipstick, medicine and phone. There is room for an 8 inch tablet if you want to carry one. It keeps its shape not listing to one side or sprawling all over the place when you sit it down. You can carry it on your arm if you need to do so. I was skeptical about the "plether" description but this is not a cheap vinal. So, take a chance, you can always return it but I doubt you will.
