I liked my Roidmi stick vacuum cleaner until it died 2 years after buying it. It won't charge at all. I contacted the company and no answer via email or calling the USA phone listed ("not in service"). I finally found a replacement motor and battery on their website and stupidly bought it. It never arrived . . . I am now disputing the charge on PayPal and hope to get reimbursed the $99.99. I'll see if I can drop off the vacuum cleaner at the electronics recycling place or else it's landfill. Don't buy this product unless you plan on buying a disposable vacuum cleaner that lasts a couple years then quits. Read more

I definitely do NOT understand why this vacuum gets good reviews. It is the most worthless waste of money I've ever purchased (in terms of a vacuum)! It has absolutely no suction. I literally just used it to try and vacuum up a small amount of sand from my floor and it can't even do that! We bought this thing about a year ago...and ever since I've wanted to just buy another vacuum. But we spent a pretty penny on it, so keep just trying to use it. But every time, all I do is get aggravated. So I usually just end up sweeping my floors or using my small dust buster (which does a better job than this piece of garbage). Maybe if you just want a pretty vacuum to sit on your wall and you don't have children this would be a good vacuum for you. But if you actually need a vacuum to clean... don't buy this thing. We had Dysons before this.... never had these problems. On top of everything...the battery completely stopped charging a few months ago and had to be replaced. Sooo annoying! Read more

I supported their crowdfunding campaign, and loved it in the first month. But that's it. After 1 month it stopped working and not charging anymore. Don't buy this. Read more
