This is the 4th mount I’ve bough, all the same style. One for my semi, one in my dump truck, one in my pickup and one in my excursion. Decent price. Holds my heavy iPhone 11 Pro Max hanging from dashboard in my rough riding semi and dumper with no issues. Very strong & reliable. UPDATE - The adhesive still holds up great but the aluminum locking part on the mounts always end up coming loose and/or breaking off. I’ve had 4 of them, one in my F150, one in my explorer, one in my semi and one in my dump truck…. The tiny screw that holds the locking tabs to the back of the mount came loose on all 4. Was able to tighten them each time but they never stay tight plus you have to rip them off the dash and apply a new adhesive piece each time. After retightening each a few times they all ended up breaking completely. I’ve also had 2 belt clips that did the same thing. It’s a huge bummer because I absolutely love their cases and mounts…. But I’m looking for other options and wont buy any more rokform mounts until they find a way to fix this issue. Read more

This mount is good for what it is. I have had a motorcycle Rokform mount on my Harley for a couple years now and it has worked great, it has the twist lock and then a magnet that holds the phone securely while I'm doing alleged high speed. I've looked for a phone mounting solution for my Jeep JK for some time now and never really found anything I liked that I thought would work well. So i settled on a Proclip mount made for my JK dash and affixed this mount to it and so far it works ok. The sticky tape seems to be holding well, it doesn't seem like the mount is gonna fall off or anything. And it does what it's supposed to but my only complaint is that the twist lock is a little loose on the phone case mount and while it doesn't rattle or fall off or anything, it does tend to twist a little off center and if you touch the phone it does move around a little bit. It seems like this is because this mount has no magnet to secure it secondarily along with the twist lock. It's an adequate solution for now, we'll see how it goes after some time. I love this mounting system, I have an Iphone 13 and bought both the MTB mount and the stick on dash mount, both works awesome. My only complaint, when mounting the dash mount I placed the mount on the dash leveling it by looking at the Rokform logo on the mount, unfortunately when my phone is locked in place it is not straight up and down 12 and 6 position, seams the silk screening name is off just a bit, drives me crazy! I would lock the mount in the phone then line it up on your dash so it would be straight if mounting again. Read more

I followed the instructions included on the back of the box for installing the mount in my truck. I cleaned the surface with included wipe but the sticky tape on the back of the mount did not stick to my truck. I had to buy separate double stick tape in order to get the mount to adhere to my truck. After adding the newly bought tape the mount works great with my Rokform case. Read more

This mount works amazing. Easy to mount and holds fast. I drive a large utility body that bumps all over the road and this mount hasn’t fallen and holds rock solid. Would be willing to bet this would work great on a UTV or side by side as well Read more

I have a quad lock on my audi and its 100X better. They didn't have the exact design I Wanted. My wife drives an FRS and she wanted a cell phone mount like mine that mounted directly to her dash and not the windsheild. I couldn't find one so I Decided I would combine two mounts. I got a magnetic mount removed the magnets and created a nice flat even surface for it to mount to. I first tried the adhesive it comes with and it would not stick at all. i than screwed it to the mount that worked but when I went to attach the phone it was super loose and rattled and moved. i had to take it apart and remove some material in places for it to fit securely. Over all I am not impressed and will be replacing it with a quad lock. Read more
