I haven't tried this item out yet, so I gave it 5 stars for now. I will update this review later when I try it 2 weeks from now while outdoors for a 6-hour cycling event as a volunteer. I somply came here to say that I have read other reviews about this product. Some have given a negative review warning other buyers about USB-C cable not being included with purchase. Their reviews are mistaken. The cable is tucked in a small but hidden away compartment that is part of the packaging (as the white frame holding the product in place). Other buyers may have missed this secret compartment and discarded the packaging without noticing the cable. Make sure that you open each flap of the white box under the box. Read more

I was super excited when I ordered this charger because we do a lot of outdoor activities where there isn’t anywhere convenient to stop and charge our iPhones. Normally I lug around 2 portable chargers, I loved the idea of reducing that bulk to 1. On to the review; My item arrived nicely packed…so nicely that the stickers sealing the box couldn’t be picked open or broken with fingernail pressure. Probably an anti-theft measure, still annoying. Got the box open with a knife, pulled out the next box and flipped the lid open to reveal the charger. GREAT size. In the photos I’ve included with this review, the charger is next to an iPhone 11Pro for size reference. The charger is thicker and heavier than the iPhone, but that it fits in my back pocket is the more important factor for me. The case is smooth with rounded edges, both comfortable and easy to hold, slides in & out of pocket seamlessly . I’d love to now prattle on about the performance of this charger but Houston, we have a problem. This $30 charger does not include the cord necessary to CHARGE the $30 charger. I searched everywhere, no cord. Then, on the back of the package I see printed, “Packing List, *Power Bank x1PC, *User Manual x1PC.* ” No cord, never was. Normally when an item requires the user to have/purchase an accessory in order for said item to function (such as batteries, or as in this case, a charging cord…) that very important detail is printed boldly on the exterior of the package and/or in the description. There’s nothing anywhere on the box and I went back to the Amazon listing but found nothing so I just searched “5v 2.1a” and the least expensive cord I could find was about $6. Now, out in our garage I have 2 big bins of cords from just about every electronic I’ve owned since 1996. I also have a more organized cluster of more recent cords in the house. Nothing I have fits this dang charger. I ordered the $6 Amazon cord I mentioned earlier but, because of the holiday, it won’t be here for nearly a week. Once the charging cord arrives I will charge my new charger, use it and update my review. Normally I wouldn’t have written this review until I actually used the item, but I thought the missing charging cord was a pretty important detail to share. Read more
