Gave to my son for his travel at work at he says it is the easiest carryon he has ever used. Fits overhead and is carryon legal size plus not bulky and heavy. If you want your luggage to hold up to international flights and a fall down an escalator while loaded to the max with heavy books this set is for you! If the Hulk himself held up my carry on and smashed it on the ground, I am convinced the items inside would go unscathed and the luggage would easily roll away with only a few scuffs. I was not happy with this product. It looks nice but the quality was not what I was looking for. My return was approved. I box it up, I get a message from the seller stating it’s too hard to return and I have to pay for the return. This is not stated in the refund policy. They offer me $15! We went back and forth. I was offered 50% refund to keep it and I was told I can sell it. Just say No. Find another suitcase. I don’t like this kind of thing. It’s the second time this has happened to me. This carryon is so small compared to most! There were no free returns so we ended up keeping the two we ordered. If you want a small carryon, this seems to be a high quality one - I just thought this would be more of a standard sized one. Read more
