it’s a lie that you could return item. You could, but shipping needs to be paid by costumer $50 out of my pocket! I messaged them letting them know, that the luggage was smaller than it’s advertised. It’s very compact inside not roomy at all. They informed me that I could return it if I paid shipping, or they can give me $10 dollars back and I can sell it. What!? I said no, they sent another message explaining that Amazon has a policy that I can’t return items for personal reason, of course that is a lie! they offered again: to return 50% of the purchase price - at this point i contacted Amazon support and reported them! Posting all of the pics that I sent - I never used the luggage brand new still in box. You want to buy this luggage you keep it! or you pay for shipping. I really recommend to look at all videos and pics, this luggage can work for a two day trip and very minimal stuff. Read more
Avoid this seller unless you don’t mind paying return costs, even if the item is misrepresented. It is pretty, but this suitcase is less than 20”, the body is 17 1/2” long-very tiny and total length is not 22” as clearly titled. It might be suited for a baby or toddler but is an adult style. The”30 day refund/replacement” means buyer pays for return shipment. I’m so disappointed in this purchase which was a gift to my daughter. ☹️ Read more
The material around the inside zipper ripped with the first use. When I requested a refund, the seller required I ship back the set, which costs over $180, which is more than I paid for the set. Very difficult to return a defective product! Read more

Not worth the dollars for the bundle. Poor quality. Only giving this product one star since there is no option to leave no stars. Purchased product in advance for a trip and as a result this left my return window out of question to send the product back as by the time I took my trip it had closed. This item is poorly made, handle broke off on luggage, sheared at the screw and unable to repair on my own. Contacted seller about manufacturer warranty and that left me nowhere besides one single email from them and now just silence on their end. So this leaves me no choice but to make noise on my end with this review. Read more
