Although they coast quite a bit for what they are, I like them for the bottom of 50 pound cabinents that get moved around a lot. I would call these “Medium Soft”. They have cush to them, but do not deform easily. You can dent them temporarily with a hard push from a fingernail. Read more
I bought these to replace the missing rubber feet from some preowned stereo components I had bought. Not only are these rubber feet spot on the right size and height, but the recommended screws were a dead on match - not used to so much working correctly at once. The screws were just barely long enough to grip the screw holes, and once screwed firmly into place did not protrude more than a 3/16 inches, and slightly less once I smoothed them off (I actually rounded of the ends with a metal file because I did not want sharps ends inside the stereo case).
