This Unit is a must buy and it's amazing. I bought two because I have a 1000 square foot rancher home and this unit cools off the entire house. I swear this is the best product I have ever bought on Amazon. I work for Sam's Club and this unit is way better than the expensive big heavy ugly Air conditioning expensive units we sell. I would never recommend this machine to anyone. I try to communicate how it doesn’t work to the company and they didn’t seem to understand or didn’t want to understand. They keep asking me the same question over and over and I keep answering the same question over and over. No air was coming out of the back vent. Air was coming out of the front but no air was leaving the back and I imagine it would cause a dangerous problem if there was no exhaust coming through the exhaust hose. Also THERE ARE NO HANDLES. There is no way to lift this machine unless you pick it up from the bottom , it’s extremely heavy and it’s almost impossible to move. It does have rollers so if all you want to do is roll it across a hard surface, you should be OK. But if you want to carry it up the stairs, good luck! I want to return it, but the company says there are no returns. Additionally, even if there is a way to return it, there’s no way for me to safely carry it or move it anywhere to send it back. I’m going to put it in the dumpster. So please be cautious before you order this machine. Read more

So far this unit has worked ok for me. This is my second year with it, but I'm not gonna lie, there are a few things I find baffling. First off the quality of the piece that goes into the window and the exhaust tube connects to is not great. I'm actually thinking of cutting a wooden piece to go in the window and attach the exhaust hose to. The other mystery is that when I turned it on to heat in the winter, it would shut off due to condensation, yet in the summer there was no condensation while using the AC setting. To use it as a fan is weird because warm air still comes out the back so theoretically it would be better to have it exhausted or the window pretty much all the time. I haven't used the dehumidifier simply because there's no functional floor drain. Overall though, it does ok, and has a remote. I didn't connect it to wifi so I have no clue if that works. The size of it is such that it will fit in a smaller space, the noise isn't bad, although if I had to be in the same room with it all the time it would annoy. The is a short term review, it’s been a few weeks of use with outdoor heats reaching mid 90s. We’re using this in a midsized 5th wheel to compliment the single roof unit. So far it’s exceed my expectations. It’s easy to set up and puts out a lot of cool air. The unit itself appears well constructed with no obvious gaps or flaws. The remote works great from across the room. It included everything to use it, the ac, hose and window trim. If you don’t see a follow up, this summer, it’s still working great in 115* weather. I've had this thing for about 9 months now and it just doesn't want to kick on all the time. I live in florida where its pretty hot year around so it gets some use. Well recently it'll just stop kicking on and my office will get really hot really quick. I keep it pretty clean so I'm not sure if its a thermostat issue or what. Read more

I love this little power house, it cools off my whole 3 bedroom apartment, with the help of a fan in each room. It small & fit right where it is needed the most. The noise level is not that bad, because the different levels like when you use the fan low, medium, high is much quieter than the a/c . I haven't drain it yet but I quite sure it will be easy.
