The description and advertisement of this item appeared that it was a set of sturdy exercise bands. What arrived was one thin and dysfunctional band. It provided no strength training and was flimsy. The bright color was the ONLY feature that was appealing. Read more
My fiance and I both enjoy exercising, but our techniques to do so are wildly different: I like to lift heavy weights every other day, while she enjoys running once or twice a week. Despite this difference, there is one thing we both passionately agree on: THESE BANDS ROCK! No matter how you exercise, what you want to work on, how busy you are, or your skill level, these RubberBanditz are amazing and fit all needs. I'm so glad my friends referred them to me. We use them for help stretching, resistance training, muscle fatigue exercises, added resistance to weight work-outs, pretty much everything! I use mine every day just small workouts in my bedroom that I don't do at the gym (simple squats, lunges, but workouts). I use them quite extensively and they haven't snapped or weakened at all. I have also tried other bands and they pale in comparison to my beloved RubberBanditz. Best of all, they're travel friendly so I don't miss any workouts even when on business trips (I even do some workouts at work by my desk...my coworkers have even joined). Lastly, after I purchased this band, I was sent a free e-book on some exercises I can do. All around, wonderful product and I'm glad I made the purchase! Read more
They are rigid and they hurt when you warp any part of your body for some resistance. No really good Read more
Made out of pretty good material, but it only is 5-10 pounds. I checked the website and it is recommended only for squats, keep that in mind. On the website their is a lot of tutorials too. Would be good to check out before buying. Read more
I love the mini bands but one flaw is they wear out...NOT THESE if your looking for a mini to actually give the resistance it says it will..BUY THESE..I've had them for couple of months ,use all the time...still in shape they don't stretch out..thick bands..I'll never buy another brand again Read more
Thin and uncomfortable. Hard to use for any length of time because it digs into my legs. Read more
My trainer introduced me to Rubberbanditz, and I've already bought another of their devices (ankle cuff grips and carabiners). It will be some time before I'm ready to move up to the next level of resistance -- "robust" is accurate. But it's actually more comfortable than the lower level of resistance band because the Robust is about three times wider and doesn't cut into you the way the thinner band does if you pull it taut. I love its simplicity, versatility, and the fact that it fits neatly into a pocket. Read more
