Short of it - I got the advertised 8 totes but they have removed the wording in the description now that says that (Price also went up as well) Long of it - I got about 100 lbs of totes delivered & I think my UPS guy hates me. Plastered all over the box were team lift stickers and hard printed on the box was wording saying this is a set & do not separate. All in all good sturdy totes. I bought them to store Christmas decorations in. Not going to dig out the tree yet to see if it fits but will update the review when it comes time and doesn't. I originally had the 50 gallon Rubbermaid tote and lost the lid so I needed a new one. I received this one and it's very sturdy. Doesn't have wheels on one side but I don't need to move it so it works. Lid snaps on very tight so if it is needed to be moved it would hold up nicely. Read more

Solid storage in terms of capacity - May not be ideal for those looking for something that will keep your items 100% dust free (there are 2 openings below the handles). Not designed for stacking multiples as lid is not fully supported and sags when weight is placed on top of box. Read more

The name Rubbermaid used to stand for quality, but apparently not anymore. Instead of having a pair of latch type handles on either end, the 'handles' on either end are rigid and didn't give when I tried to open the lid - so I pulled and pulled and finally the lid came off with a snapping sound. (See photos below.) The simple, but necessary act of removing the lid had cracked the rim of the container on one end. Now if this is what happens when a 70 year old woman attempts to open the storage box, then it can not be called durable or tough and it's so-called lifetime warranty is apparently good for less than a nanosecond. It's the size I need but otherwise it's a piece of junk. Amazon/Rubbermaid should send me another one, but this time one with a lid that can be easily removed without cracking the plastic rim. I purchased this product to use for moving. The product arrived quickly and was easy to unbox. These are really large tubs and very durable. The containers have a catch on all four sides to ensure that the lids will not come off. On each end there is a handhold for easy carrying. I would buy this product again. Read more
