Beautiful, big and usually fresh. My suggestion is by them individually as needed (the night before or next) I wouldn’t suggest buying a bag full although you get a much better deal the larger bag often have poorer quality potatoes in them hence the lower price! Gotta admit, I wasn't expecting much when I impulse-bought two potatoes as I was placing a larger order. These were FRESH and WASHED potatoes with FIRM texture and GREAT taste. I baked one as part of a dinner and sliced and fried the other as part of a Sunday breakfast. I wasn't disappointed. Each spud weighed just under 1/2 pound which is a perfect size for one person. Don't know who their produce buyers are, but I wish they'd come over to my local grocery store and hold a class on how to purchase wholesale potatoes. Read more
