I'm loving the RYOBI 18V ONE+ Bluetooth Speaker! This thing is a beast, delivering amazing sound and convenience. It has dual 3-inch speakers and Smart Amplifier Technology, you get crisp and clear sound at any volume! Plus, it's got a huge Bluetooth range, so you can move around freely without losing your tunes! One of the standout features for me is its compatibility with existing Ryobi batteries. It's so convenient to just pop in a battery and go! And with over 10 hours of runtime on a 4.0Ah battery, you can keep the party going all day long. The speaker also features a 2.1-amp USB port for charging your devices, a rubber carrying handle for easy transport, and voice prompts to indicate power on/off and wireless connections. TRULY IMPRESSED! Read more

Amazing little speaker with good low-end/bass. With a full battery it lasts a long damn time 👌. Highly recommend if you're already invested in the Ryobi ecosystem. Read more

Posting review after many weeks of constant use. Very loud and great sound quality. Powered my Fourth of July cookout and we have a big backyard. Music (classic rock, country, rock and roll, blues) sounds crisp and clear with good low end in open air, which is what you want for a job site or backyard radio. Use it all the time for podcasts and tunes when in the garage. Sturdy, connects to phone easily, and convenient to swap out batteries. It’s nice to have a USB charging port also, but really should be upgraded for USB-C at this point. Read more

This thing is this thing is no joke. It works perfect sounds fantastic and the battery. Even the small battery runs for hours and hours. It only takes a little while to recharge. But being that I have more than one battery, it doesn’t matter.!! it solved my problem. The old one I had had internal batteries that were not replaceable. I thought it sounded good. This is way better.!! Read more

I previously had used the "Compact" single Ryobi speaker at work, and needed something with a little bit more volume. The Good: CARRY HANDLE FOR THE WIN!! The handle on this tool is a HUGE improvement over the Ryobi Compact speaker, which only has a tiny notch in the rear of the tool to carry from, but since it's plastic, is super easy to drop. This "Pad" speaker, instead opts for an external, rubber handle, which is both comfortable and functional. Huge upgrade. This double speaker is great, and has a very dynamic range of audio. It doesn't handle heavy bass very well, but it does a job job handling most lows and rolling bass. The highs on this speaker make it possible to listen to most genres and podcasts while driving in my older car, even with the windows down. The Bad: This double speaker gets rid of one a HUGE important feature; Pairing. This speaker, unlike the smaller single speaker, does not offer the Ryobi Verse feature. I actually bought 2 for my car since it was imported with the entire radio system disconnected and hoping I could use them together, only to find out that these (as far as I know) are the only Ryobi Speakers not Verse compatible. This is extremely frustrating, especially if you'd like to use 2 of them like I would like to do. Also, this speaker gets rid of the small screen next to the buttons, not important but again pretty frustrating. Another Issue I was not a fan of, was that the footprint is massively larger than the Compact. I understand why and I know it's in the name, but this one is a few inches larger than the Compact, and the placement of the battery on this Tool does make placing it require a bit more thought. 1,000,000 million stars. I have ryobi equipment & the old spk, finally jumped the gun with this new version at $39 (compared to $79), would be foolish not to get. First, sound quality is superb, definitelya huge improvement over older model. Volume is CRAZY LOUD for this and compared to old model. Batt life: I ran 1x 4mAh battery on this new spk and plugged my laptop into the port. Laptop stayed at 99% for 8hrs (full brightness & watching movies and shows) with audio playing. Distance: I had to open Google earth to measure the distance of when i lost connection. Maxed out at 95 feet. Not sure on the 125 they claim. Handle feels good, but awkward trying to simply move spk from 1 spot to another, like a desk to another desk. Handle was made to walk with spk along the beach or something as you're carrying it. I like the new design, buttons feel good, super sturdy design. My review is not based on this spk compared to others on the market equivalent to it. But, having many ryobi batteries and having the old model. Review is based on whether it was a good purchase or not to upgrade. Most definitely was. That decision was made in the first 5 seconds I had it at full blast. 😜 If there was a way to sync 2 spks together, this set-up would be really wild. Test location: backyard house, not a job site. Trust me, all my neighbors heard the music for sure. Size: smaller than previous, but no negatives and no plug to connection 120v constant power. Read more

Bought for my dad arround 6-8 months ago, still going strong! Very good quality sound Extremely loud (perfect for loud construction sites) Uses standard 18v batteries avaliable on practically every job site, so depending on your personal battery's longevity you might have a short battery life, or a 20h battery The only issue we have is low volume accuracy(might be either too quiet or too loud in some senarios), but that's understandable for how loud it can get The MAX volume is amazing, clearly audible from the other side of a mid sized construction site Build quality is sturdy tool plastic, so it can take ALOT of "field experience". Speaker grill is a nice sealed style protecting the inside quite well, even as a painter with constant drips and splatters, it sounds just as good as the day it arrived Read more
