Would rate a 4.5 but rounding up to a 5. Been using for the past month and it basically cured my dry mouth issues. I used to wake up in the middle of the night with such bad dry mouth, not even biotine was helping. I was drinking plenty of water, using the special mouthwash every night, but nothing helped. It was driving me crazy. I figured I’d give these a try because they're cheap. Immediately noticed a difference. I even tried sleeping without it recently to make sure thats what was making the difference, and I was right back to waking up with dry mouth. They feel a little funny at first, but I got used to it after a few days. Literally cant sleep without it now! Only “complaint” would be every so often I get a dud that doesn’t stick, but I’ll open the next one and its fine. Theyre cheap enough that I dont mind. Also important to note: I followed directions to wash/dry your nose right before using. DONT DO THAT. Taking it off in the morning was a nightmare and I literally got bruises on the bridge of my nose no matter how gentle I was the first few days. Wash your face earlier in the night or just avoid the nose. I find the natural oils act like a barrier - the strip sticks just enough to open my airway, but not too much so that it nearly rips my skin off in the morning. Read more

I use then to prevent stuffiness with sinus at night. Just as good as breathe right brand. Actually more for the cheaper price. Easy to use. Should fit anyone’s bridge perfectly. Just be mindful of excellent adhesive. Take your time removing. It’s a two and one for me….breathing better and black head removal!! Read more

I only use tan strips. The clear ones are too stiff for my purpose and I always end up with one half sticking up half way through the night. These stay in place very well( if your skin is oily, degrease prior to applying). They also come off easily, no skin irritation or peeling. I have ordered these repeatedly and will continue to do so. These are good, you just have to make sure that you position it correctly and clean the oil off of your nose before applying. Also when you take it off (especially for older people with thinner skin) you need to soak it in oil first and then pull it off slowly while rubbing the oil underneath. I use a little roller bottle full of oil that I keep next to my bed. I Posted a picture of these compared to the store brand Breathe Right just to show the similarities.
