Works better than expected!
I was intrigued by the premise of a bar soap substitution for my Dawn liquid dish soap, but was skeptical of the effectiveness, but now I'm a believer. It's just as effective as my liquid soap, but doesn't wreak havoc on my skin, and doesn't leave a lingering dish soap scent on my hands all day. Also, it's easier to not waste it because you have finer control of how much you use, so it lasts much longer than the equivalent weight in liquid form. The best part is it doesn't have those harsh synthetic chemicals that in 20 years will be found to cause cancer and autism in pregnant mothers handling the stuff. This is gonna be my go to method for washing dishes from now on. I'd 100% recommend itto anyone who wants a superior dish washing experience over traditional liquid dish soaps. Read more
First Dish Soap Bar!
I am new to dish soap bars. It came with a nice dish cloth. First, this bar does a great job of cleaning the dishes. Second, it lasts a long time because I use less soap compared to when I use liquid soap. I am a new fan of bar dish soap. I will be back when this bar soap runs out. Read more
Greasy residue
I wanted to love this product as the reviews were great and the ingredients are non-toxic. This has been leaving a greasy residue on my dishes and also leaves spots on my silverware and cups. The bar also did not last as long as I expected! I do feel like it is a good product that cleans well besides the greasy residue. Read more
Much safer and better for my skin than regular liquid dish soap
When I use regular liquid dish soap, my hands would get dry, cracked, and itchy. It was painful to do the dishes. I was NOT happy that my skin was aging faster. When I started using SMOC dish soap, my skin issues cleared up! Other advantages of this dish soap: -Not having to smell the artificial smell of liquid soaps -Knowing that I’m not absorbing cancer-causing chemicals into my body. No chemical additives!
I couldn't have found this product at a better time. Trying to switch household chemicals to non toxic isn't simple but this product makes it easier. Super simple ingredients that actually work on tough messes. They included a sample bar of shower soap that smells amazing. The information included and packaging was too notch. Thank you. Cleans well!
Lathers well and a small amount goes a long way! Also cuts through grease well (better than my usual Dr Bronners soap) Also the ingredients are all natural and no plastic packaging which is very environmentally friendly. In the package was a gift soap bar which was a nice touch. I will be buying this again. Read more
