It comes in a skinny tube with a safety seal. The flavor is actually not bad at all... I'm getting fluoride treatment from the dentist flavor with a noticeable mint burst. The toothpaste is black gel and it surely does turn to a gray color after usage... it seems to provide a decent level of foam. Teeth feel clean afterwards and the toothpaste seems to be effective even for my sensitive teeth. The package says it comes from Dubai. So I guess I can cross off toothpaste from Dubai from my bucket list! I'd recommend it to others. Read more

The product packaging looks and feels as professional as any name brand toothpaste, and it does have a well attached tamper evident foil under the cap. The appearance of the black paste might be a little off putting, though it has a minty smell to it. It did not taste like mint, or anything else for that matter. It just has a taste that was neutral, not bad though not something to look forward to if you like toothpaste flavors. I have not been keeping up with my brushing like I should, so my gums were a bit sore simply because it's been a while. There was no stinging or pain from the toothpaste getting into my sore gums though, just the irritation from the brushing itself. I typically have pink color in my spit after one of these brushing breaks, though saw none when I spit this out. I suspect the black coloring covers it up. This might be an issue if you use your spit color to check on your gum health. It will be some time before I can see if it's effective at removing stains, though my teeth felt clean afterwards. Only real issue I can say is you might need to wipe your lips and rinse the brush a little more thoroughly to clean the black coloring off. Read more
