Item arrived banged up. Seller wanted me to handle return.
It's a nice product and definitely does the job for the low price. No complaints there. There was an issue with the treading of one of the bolts (see pic), which is annoying, but I have a carpet so that was not a deal breaker. That said, the item arrived with the top all banged up in one corner (see pic), sure, that happens, but I can't return it at an amazon drop off point, I have to repack A TABLE, take it to the post office and PAY FOR RETURN. When I complained to Amazon the seller agreed to pay for the return which leaved me to only USE MY TIME TO PACK IT, CARRY IT TO THE P/O AND EMAIL THEM THE RECEIPT. I wanted a partial refund to buy a new top for the table and install it myself (the frame is ok so why not), but that's not an option with Amazon. Too bad. Read more
