This is an excellent steam cleaning package! I only was recently introduced to the "steam cleaning" world, so I don't totally have my "sea legs" yet! I recently got another steam cleaner product that's more "focused" on cleaning floors due to its "canister vacuum" style and and thy put a lot into the product to "set it up" for floors over smaller cleaning tasks...that's where this one really shines! Don't misunderstand me, this one does an amazing job on floors too! but the accessory kit included is certainly set up to work miracles on baseboards, fabric, tight areas on shower grout lines...all those things! That's a great take-away...you're not really picking between "tasks" but the Saker EverSteam is going to be best for all the other things, and then floors as it's second (but capable) priority! This has an wild assortment of steam attachments and flex hoses to orient it and get in where you need it! It's also lightweight and not tiring to use at all! It does hold less water (so you will refill slightly more often) but this style is very balanced in-hand! This package would be perfect if it came with a storage tote, but I see several available for < $20 on Amazon right now that it would fit in perfectly! I highly recommend this package! I was a little intimidated when I opened the box and saw all the pieces adapters and hoses included with the Saker EverSteam Instant-Heat home cleaner (see photo). After spending some time using this steam cleaner, I've grown more confident and comfortable using it. There is an adapter for just about every possible purpose, making it highly versatile. One thing that would make this kit better would be to include a medium sized draw string bag to keep all the accessories together for storage purposes. The first thing I did with it was fit a rug pad that kept getting folded back on top of itself right in the middle because there was a crease. I loaded up the steamer with a full tank of water and went to work. It only took about 15-20 seconds for the machine to heat the water and start producing steam. I spent the next 10 minutes steaming the crease until it finally started to smooth itself back out flat. After a few hours, the carpet pad was dry to the touch, so I put it back in place, rolled the rug out. I have not had a problem with the pad getting bunched up since then. The steam cleaner has a 3m (~10 feet) power cord, which is good for most indoor cleaning projects. However, I had to use an extension cord for outdoor projects like cleaning the interior of my car. I also like that this package also included terry cloth covers that fit over some of the attachments. The clothes help when trying to scrum some surfaces and keeps the plastic accessories from scratching the surface and protects the plastic adapters and bristles too. Another minor inconvenience of this device is its 400ml tank. 400ml might sound like a lot of water, but it runs out pretty quick, especially if using the strong steam function. Also, the water inlet opening on the tank is pretty narrow, which also explains why they included a funnel that can help get the water into the tank. The small opening also makes it difficult / impossible to get all the water out of the tank when you're done using it. The kit also came with a plastic container with a spout on one side; however, mine was cracked from top to bottom - straight to the trash. Overall, I'm impressed with the functionality and overall ease of use of this steam cleaning machine. I think it was a fair value for the money, meaning I wouldn't pay any more than I did for it (about $100 price tag) but would think it a great value for about $20 less. Read more
Only complaint is that it does not deliver a consistent steam stream. It cycles from tons of steam to virtually none and then back to steam in the span of about 30-40 seconds. It does this the entire time it’s on. Read more
Not only was the package damaged, but the steam cleaner and accessories were dirty like it's been used before. I haven't used it yet, but if it is used and broken I am definitely returning it. Read more
I have had a couple stream cleaners, and this one is a nice upgrade to all of them. This cleaner comes with the unit, and tons of attachments. Nozzles, hoses, squeegees, upholstery angles, microfiber cloths, brushes, and a whole mop attachment with handle, The unit itself is smaller than I assumed, 8” tall white unit with a grey translucent water reservoir. The control panel is an LED touchscreen with very few options. At first, I did not like not having a trigger. Using the lock button took a little getting used to, but it does feel easier to handle that way. The machine heats the steam in seconds, and I love that it displays the temperature on the screen. The machine is powerful, and even more simple to use. I haven’t used my steam mop in months, and now I have a reason to throw it away. I was disappointed that the water reservoir wasn’t bigger. And, that the fill hole is so tiny that you have to use a funnel. I’m not an engineer, but I’m going to guess it was designed this way for a reason. I like conserving water, so I really don’t mind. I also love using less chemicals when I clean, and killing germs on surfaces instantly, so I really like this steam cleaner. Nice upgrade to the machine, price listed is a great value with so many bonuses included. Read more
