My office chair needed these fixed attachments. I sat low in my chair and could not take the low seating anymore. These attachments come in different sizes and since my chair did not have any more lift, I had to use all but one. It is not a quick fix, it is a permanent fix. And the price is very reasonable. Take it out the package, snap it on, and that is it. My desk is high so I needed more height and now I do not have to struggle getting up from a low seat.
