I was looking for a cheaper alternative to ILNP colors and came across the holo glow line. I absolutely love the paddle brush that is perfect for people who dont want to spend alot of time polishing their own nails. Polish dries fast and its foregiving if you make mistakea since it is texturized. The brush is big and pretty much covers the whole nail in one swipe without getting yout cuticles all messy. The color is neutral but shiny and bold. I used 2 coats in my photo. The finish is a bit weird, like sandpaper and gritty. Would not purchase if you like a smooth finish.
