This stuff is absolutely amazing for preventing blisters on my toes! i have a few spots that ALWAYS get blisters, and this stuff is amazing at preventing them. I've used it for multiple marathon (or near-marathon) distances, 50+ mile ultramarathons, and no blisters! I do tend to re-apply on longer runs (after 4-6 hours of running) depending on the conditions.
